  • Unlimited Call Outs.

  • All service calls and annual checks are carried out by fully qualified, experienced Mass Spec UK engineers.

  • 92% of call outs resolved in first visit.

  • All parts (excluding consumables) are included. (Gold, Silver and Priority Plus Package)

  • Always deal with the same member of staff throughout your enquiry.

  • No Call Centres, your call will always be answered by an in-house Mass Spec UK member of staff.

  • Access to password secure online tracking through our intranet site to track service calls and instrument service history.
